We're Ralph & Christy, and this business started with two streets.
The name Plum & Vale comes from the street names of the first two properties we ever owned. Those homes introduced us to real estate, and more importantly, they taught us what it means to truly care for a space and the people who live in it.
By day, we're both registered nurses here in the Bay Area. The same instincts that guide us in healthcare (attention to detail, reliability, and genuine compassion) are what we bring to every property we manage. We know what it means to show up, do the work, and earn someone's trust.
We started Plum & Vale as a small, family-owned corporate housing business because we saw an opportunity to do things differently. Not as a faceless management company, but as real people who take personal responsibility for your home. When you partner with us, you're not getting a call center. You're getting Ralph and Christy.

We pay your rent on time, every month, regardless of whether the home is occupied. No vacancies, no missed payments, no surprises. Just a consistent check you can count on.
We Handle Repairs Up to $800
Small things break. That's life. But you shouldn't have to deal with them. We personally handle all minor maintenance and repairs up to $800, so you're never bothered by the day-to-day.
$1 Million Liability Coverage
Your property is protected by our $1 Million liability policy, and you're named as a covered party. We take your investment seriously because our reputation depends on it.
Professional Cleaning on a Routine Schedule
We bring in professional cleaners on a regular basis to keep your home in pristine condition. Because the way a home is maintained says everything about who's managing it.
Carefully Vetted Professional Guests
With your permission, we provide housing exclusively to traveling medical staff, military officers, corporate transplants, and tech professionals. Guests who stay 30+ days and respect the space.
